Clarinets ......

I'm a High School senior and I've been in Band since the 6th grade, ummm this year i'm going to participate in U.I.L.... I have never done it and I'm in need of a good solo piece .. Any help one where to get them or Which one in particular ?

Switching from a Woodwind to a Brass .

My major instrument is Clarinet .

I want to learn how to play mellophone or trumpet as my minor instrument,

BUT my band director isn't gonna teach me.

So, where is a good place to get lessons?

and how much will it cost ??
