It appears there are some major changes coming in the classification of some schools.
1) There is talk of the 5A All-Catholic league to be disbanded due to Archbishop Shaw and St. Augustine being proposed to move to class 4A. Should St. Aug move to class 4A, that would place them in the district with O.P. Walker, Edna Karr, Warren Easton, and 35.
2) There are some rumblings that Evangel or John Curtis or even both might look into moving up to Class 3A.
3) In Baton Rouge, Mckinley will be moving up to class 5A to be in the district with Catholic and the Ascension Schools.
4) The Baker-Glen Oaks rivalry will be making a return with Glen Oaks moving down to Class 3A. East Feliciana, West Feliciana, and Parkview Baptist will also be in that district.

will return to being the last game of the season like it used to be. The only thing is that since both schools haven't played in years, the rivalry has probably lost a lot of its animosity./>
