Mumford Stadium in Baton Rouge, La., on Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017.All I can say is based off these match-ups*BCU vs Alcorn should be a good event. Football, dance and band wise.*SCSU is going to get dragged in all categories. OMG I have been waiting to see this match up of GGs vs 14K for decades. This should be a energy packed battle on the field and in the stands. 14K has improved in cohesiveness in the stands and GGs has been improving year in and year out. This will be a match of weave slangin, neck rollin and kat thrusting to glory!!! Can't wait. As for the bands BCU will have the better sound quality by far, but ASU will take the entertainment factor all the way and more than likely will take the fifth, due to BCU not ever changing their book. Happy I grew up on 14K being a Florida native.
As for the Dolls vs Champagne...
The dolls and the juke will take all categories. Champagne will have yet another transition year, and hopefully this transition will be for the better seeing that 2 former golden delights will be over them. I look forward to seeing what Champagne will bring this year. I know the dolls will bring nothing but excellence as expected.
... If 14k pick up from where they left last year. They will take it, no doubt.. And as for Champagne & the 101.. Might not be a good idea to see Southern or the Dolls Lol..
Ummm Khadijah was not a Golden Girl nor did she dance for Traci Young Byron. Shekeithia (sp) is the dancer with those credentials and hopefully she returns and auditions for co-captain.
Im sorry Peachy, I was at work and my cousin told me it was Khadijah smh LOL! He obviously got the wrong news, he went to Cookman class of 2012. I was thrown off because I knew for a fact that 2015 would be her last season. One of my friends let me know the real news a couple of hours ago. Im extremely excited about Shakeithia and Ebonee being Captain and Co-Captain. Its about to be Nikege and Kianga all over again, except on a higher level.
