  • i say blow back becuz its healthy competiton, they'ra gonna be us one day.... AND THEY BETTER BEE GOOD!!
  • Well I think if they are bringing it up to a HS level, you should blow on them as if they were any High School out there. Those Middle Schoolers are going to be in HS real soon and they should know what to expect. If you take it and let dem win they will jus get full of them selves and think they "all that". The wont learn anything or improve if they think they already "all that". Thats why Im happy my high school starts at 7 th grade.
  • I say to blow back and give your best..
they should know what to expect for accepting the challenge anyways..
    Such an interesting topic.. =]
  • I WAS JUS BOUT TO SAY I LIKE YOU WHO ARE U THEN I REMEMBER ITS YOU LOLSZ

  • people blew back at us(Marshall) when i marched so its fun and we looked forward to doing that but they only time we really got scared is when we blew at St.Aug but thankfully they didnt blow back but i think its good practice and thats how some middle schools get respect
  • Blow them out? Why would you want to? When I was in high school we had a few middle schools try to challenge. I feel that a high school should never engage a middle school in battle. I see it being ok to blow a song at them maybe, but to go round for round is pointless to me. It can be bad for your image. I understand that they feel they can "hang" with a high school but so what? Crank up and let them have a song and scare them. It's like giving them a little taste of what its like to be in a real battle. That sample will be all they need though. Kids don't need to get big headed.
  • Its a lose/lose situation.
If you win, you're supposed to.
If you lose, you look bad.
If you tie, its worse than losing...

The best thing would be to let them have their little moment, and enlighten them to the "other side" when they get to high school...
  • well i say blow back cus my band had a similar situation at the gulf state classic about three years ago my high school band challenged ASU in the stands, they was good but not a great idea, ASU owned dat ass but they did learn and every school in the city gave them props for even tryin to attempt to go up with them, now we got a drum major and a lot of band members at ASU so i say blow back cus it will help them in the future.
  • I agree.. say bro were you still in da band when worthin and dowling were battling at MLK and dowling blew a hole threw them......man all worthing had to do is not play..DA well..It was very funny...but yes I agree... oh yeah are you guys comming next weekend to the parade.. or no??
