videos of all AAMU games usually go on aamuband.com throughout the day on Sunday..... so they probably will be up later on today.... from what I saw online from 2 UAPB alumni both bands did well.
They turned the lights out to save electricity! They did the same thing back in 2000 against JSU! AAMU is by far an outstanding band! Heck of a sound and fantastic diverse song selection and arrangements!
aamu is a band that has truly had my respect from beginning to end. Beautiful sounds and great song selection. Sn: aamu's baritone section is the first and ONLY section that set across from us and played concert C's above the staff. Its usually only us playing notes that high as a section. Good shit though. 5th quarter was excellent. And also during the game they had a list of fanfares! There was actually a africa fanfare battle along with others. Best sound ive heard from a band across from us this season
Now yall know folks on here thirst for who took da "L" lol. But it's great to hear both bands did well. Also I heard our(UAPB) student section was checking the mess out of AAMU band lol. Can't wait see M4 on Nov 13th. Supe is coming to town!
AAMU was pretty strate.....M4 was M4. Of course Im goin with the home team but AAMU wasnt bad at all.
Game- One thing to say......SWAC RULES.....smh. Stunna (mmw) and Hard in the Paint (M4) were both prolly heard all the way in Huntsville lol
Halftime- AAMU was LIGHTYEARS better than they were when we came to town last year. M4 had good energy and alot of precision on the drill and dance steps. "Polished" was the word alot of spectators used about our show and sound.
5th- Both bands were pushing, but I just like our product better, in particular the ballads. AAMU bones aint no joke tho
Low point of the evening- I know fans can be "bothersome", but when you yell something back up in the stands, you are asking for trouble. Ima leave it there for now lol
