Ok, so... imma btone player thats about to graduate in a few months from high school. I want to go to virginia state because I LOVE their music program, but i dont know anything about their btone section, can somebody tell me something? are they an alright school for me to attend being a btone player or no?

Are you attending for the B-tone section, or attending Virginia State to earn a degree? Section shouldn't matter you make it work/good when you get there, and take care of business.
I live not to far from V State about an hour away and I also have a cousin attending state he says that the school is okay but depending on what you are trying topget a degree is based what school you should go to. The school is "good" but the band is great. But I think choosing a school is more important than the section.
