What do you all think SU's new director Brian Simmons will bring to the table for Su. Also do you think that Travis Prewitt will get the chief arranger spot for J-State. If not who will? Details please.

Btian Simmons is a great arranger & Travis Prewitt would be great!!!! Also whoever wrote swoop for the boom is a hell of an arranger....just by listening to swoop & comparing it to the original song.

All I know is that the Boombox classic is going to be epic with all these factors being put into play. Between Haymer and Simmmons over S.U., and the current staff at JSU along with Prewitt (Officially on staff or not) This will be a game you don't wanna miss. I think Simmons music will continue to develop with his new role, and there might be subtle competition in regards to writing some great tunes. I cant really speak on what may or may not happen at JSU, but we have many great arrangers who contribute regardless of whether they're on staff or not.
