Stephen F. Austin may be there. Only issue is starting/ending on time. I got yelled at like Samuel L. Jackson Snakes on a plane when we got back to the school after midnight.
As long as the normal bands show it should be a good one. It's usually a few out of town bands and local bands but since the local bands rarely travel far (budget cuts) its nice to see them in one place.

North Forest Battle of the Bands
It's coming up on November 10th at 6pm. If you're in the Houston area that weekend, come check us out.
Who you telling @ Chris? My band stood at parade rest for like 20 minutes (on the field) before performing while Sheila J. Lee talked. Talk about a buzzkill. My kids looked like they were sleepwalking on that field after that.
We're pushing for everyone to get there on time so everything can flow like it's supposed to. There probably won't be as many "exhibition groups," either. Took up too much time. A few likely participants have games earlier that day, which might cut things close (us included, but the parents and volunteers will have things set up).
And as always, we don't sell wolf tickets about who's coming or confirmed. We're inviting the showbands we know of in SE Texas, the D/FW area, and southern Louisiana. Southwood has been Grand Champion, so they have a standing invitation to defend their crown. PV and TxSU have their Homecoming parades coming up, and we may go to Peabody's BOTB, so if we run into some people that didn't know about it, they'll get an invite too. Anyone that wants to COMPETE and can get their band to Jones-Cowart Stadium is more than welcome.
Bands usually bring their A game, so I'm looking forward to it. If you know YOUR group is coming, then feel free to post here.

I know it is early Cleve, but who is on the invite list other than the normal kats?
