This is a spinoff from just a thought....Last year we had a nice discussion about up and coming arrangers. I've been saying what others have been thinking and now others are starting to say what i've been saying. I listened to just about everybody's first game and I must say that in the arrangement category there are some great arrangements out there. I listened to Find Your love by SU and AAMU and I was like whoa....we have a definate difference in quality. Now SU is blowing but AAMU sounds better. AAMU's arrangement has a better feel of the song. SU's arrangement doesn't sound like the song. bass line is off (to say the least)....It's almost like there are certain songs that SU just doesn't have enough funk and groove for. Haymer hasn't figured that out yet....Soooo...who has the best arranger....please leave the bands out of the equation.

I agree to a certain extent...Haymer is a beast dont get that wrong, just not Knighten...actually "Billionaire" is a nice arrangement! Haymer has hit some home runs too
I THINK I WOULD PERSONLY TURN THAT LIST AROUND GIBSON THEN HAYMER..... I think GIBSON HAs HAD MORE HITS THAN HAYMER.........BUT STILL THOSE TWO ARE IT....REGARDLESS Of ANYBODY ELES
Well I prefer AAMU's version better. I think it better conveys the song's intent and not so much blowing. But i like SU's too. I think they both achieved what the arranger intended.
