O'Neil Sanford Jackson State Director of Bands

As we all may know, Oneil Sanford is officially Head Director of Bands at Jackson State University. As we get closer to the upcoming marching band season, what direction do you believe Jackson is headed in this upcoming year under Sanford's direction? Will he change much? Will Jackson have a better year than last year? Also I would also like to hear thoughts on other staff such as Hollinger , Little and how you think Little did as Marching Band Director this past season. Will Kevan Johnson be on staff ? Let's hear your thoughts!

    Sanford is the new Director of Bands; Little is the Marching Band Director. Sanford is over Little. Past DOB just assumed the role as Marching Band Director.

    The need to let the young guys lead.. look around the swap everybody has swagger and the boom still stuck in the past with the old school

    I agree they play old songs and wonder why people don't get "crunk" at the games like play some soccer uff that people could get into
