Ok Is LLI Gettin Back Or Tryin To Do Something Again

 I just read about the greater houston allstar band getting back 2gether and i was wondering is lli gonna try 2 start up again. They tried before but participation didnt go so well...I jus need a suggestion,opinion...or somethin..because i wanna get back in it

*Oh and the website doesnt say anything about the band or anything ,just other activites at leadership*

    i went to LLI bout a week ago and signed up. they told me that LLI is getting a band back together and that they were goin to call me wen it starts

    We will start up next week. I will put a bulletin up on this board and on the sign at the Institute. We will issue instruments and we may issue uniforms based on the number of people we receive. If you have any concerns email or post on this board so I may respond.

    ok cool...thanks for the update mr.tiller. Because everytime I call lli,the people at the front desk say something different. The first time i called,I was told that they were waiting on the times and for me to come sign up again and they would call me back. 2nd time, I was told to go to the website for more info...but the website hasnt been updated since april. 3rd time they said it would be really soon and for me to come in and sign up...but its all cool..ima be there

    I hope LLI gets back up and running good again...too much money invested in that band program to let it do down..

    I honestly think no one wants to mess with this band. It is apparent since LaSOD was able to get organized. Plus Fields scared almost every band director in BR and abroad. The only way this band will get up is if N.O. players come up there to BR. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN..I think if they stopped burning folks over there something couldve grown. But every band director I speak to says they are not messing with LLI. Simply because they use students for hidden agendas. Mr. Tiller youre next to get played..there's a rep for that ova there LMAO

    Somethings not right...thats all ima say...but i really hope they could get things off the ground

    LLI will start rehearsal this Wednesday (July 14, 2010) at the institute. All interested students should attend this rehearsal. If you have any questions contact Virgil C. Tiller (virgil.tiller@gmail.com) or call the institute's office number.
