Okay, I'm confused.....are there three BOTB's MLK weekend in Houston?

I saw that there is the All-American BOTB Saturday from 12pm-4pm at Barnett.

Then I saw that there is the Toyota BOTB Saturday from 4pm-8pm at Butler.

Then I saw the 12th annual MLK BOTB on Monday from 4pm-8pm at Butler.

Is this correct or am I reading this wrong?

There has been no info on any of the btob's this year from bandhead members except for the All American btob...I am not sure what is happening but expect a low turn out at all three because of the confusion....

i really think the all American is going to be the one to go to....these band directors are sick of this MLK mess...

You read correctly....but I agree with old wise... The AllAmerican will be the one to really attend. The other two are just ways for the head of the show and his political side kick to get more money -.-

I won't start but I'll attend both competitions on Saturday.

And I heard an ad for the Toyota BOTBs on 740am during the Michael Berry show. I found that ironic.

I'm going to the All American. its close to my house and my car is in the shop...plus my old school is SUPPOSE to be there and they haven't done a botb since 89...

Yea..........all this crap is crazy. VERY VERY CONFUSING.

why not just have one Big Parade, and one Big BOTB's...........it would take Houston to jack it up every year. (can't get along)

The battles are nice. As far as folks coming to terms over money, I doubt that'll happen.
Thank god it's not an election-year. No annoying politicians to hold up the bands...
