Lady Gaga by a landslide. All of her songs would be powerful band tunes. They could be either drill or dance feature songs. Man I know a band that would murder her Bad Romance.

Lady Gaga cause Kanye is always going to have less musically inclined songs than Lady Gaga seeing as though she is pop and he is Rap/Hip Hop... He's going to be monotone way more often..
