    Yes they do...all bands mentioned normally do both and some do it very well...Carnival season is a big time for many epic band battles to take place.  Most people removed from the culture of Louisiana wouldn't understand.

     

    The great programs are the ones who can smash a band during carnival season and then turn around 1 month later and smash everyone on stage with their concert band

    yes we do but not every school participates in spring festivals as its not mandatory.
    and this year it's going on at the same time as the first part of spring testing in New Orleans area March 22-and 23
    Behrman will be on stage 2:30 on March 23
