I was talkin to one of my crab cousins on FB a few hours ago, and she told me that there were some fellaz postin statuses sayin things like "[College Name] Bound, i aint neva scared" and "i'm a member of [college name] band and i'm wondering when band camp is." and "shout out to all my crab brothers and crab sister's headed to [college name]"now (lol) we had a discussion about that. she takes alot of pride in her program, jus like me ;)so just as a general question- how would YOU go about handling that? =] i mean that, in both of our eyes was pretty disrespectful.

Ask them nicely to take it out of their status and put it back up IF they make it through crab camp and a full season. If they don't comply, go into beast mode and treat them pretty bad. There shouldn't be any reason for someone to put I'm a member of [insert college band here] and you haven't even made it through camp. Just cuz you passed the audition, that does not mean you've passed the criteria to be admitted as a full "card-carrying" member of [insert college band here].
Man I say that there should be an immediate upperclassmen/oldhead conference held in which one question should be asked, and one solution given. Did all this boldness really come in the wake of our situation right b4 the Bayou Classic last year? Solution: gather an team of Legendary Hazers from across the country and let them commence a reign of terror upon these disrespectful mothaf&$@as lol

My mama told me when I first went to college how it was gon be and she was aware of wat went on. She said u signed up to be in the band SO BE A MAN!!! I love my mother lol
