Me and JT decided we were bored enough to write the same song and get people opinions on who's was better.We are setting our goal to be done at least before Thursday for certain reasons.The song is "New Divide" by Linkin Park.. yes.. the Transformers 2 song.If anyone is interested in judging make a post.Remember this is a "friendly" battle we aren't tryin' to prove anything.

Ang i like the build up but i felt the chorus was a lil dry like i kno its the song when i hear it but u need more back parts
a good thing to do is mute the melody and if u can still tell what the songs is then ur on track if not add more characteristics its kinda like a instrumental

The main part that brings this song together is the percussion part and i think the song would have tied together better if you had one since there are not many passing tones to keep the song going.
there was a little tension between the notes for a split second at about 1:14-15

the Percussion part did not gel with the song. it could have been a hell of a lot better
this is not a good song for a band to play because the actual song does not have much to work with itself. and i do have to say that it is ok to be a little different from the original song. that is what makes each arrangement and band who plays it different. change up a few things lol!
but imma go with JT_pnohstpetSL09 only because during the breaks there was something that kept my attention
