Rose Bowl Parade

Been seeing some people tweet that NCCU was the first HBCU Band to be invited to the Rose Bowl Parade. Didn't Grambling, PVU and AAMU march in the Rose Bowl Parade a couple of years ago?

By the way good job NCCU.

Yes gambling was in the 06-07 rose parade.

Prairie View was the first leading HBCU band though....the first thing of the parade in 2009....... but GSU and AAMU have done it too

I'm sure there were HBCU Bands to perform before that. I think FAMU's done it before also.
