I say McMain. McMain did its best against O P Walker for A little bit. Scotlandville wouldnt have lasted 1 song against OPW. Plus scotlandville got kicked in the ass by Shaw High School (Cleveland,OH) on Mardi gras day.

idk bout da lineup but scotlandville wasnt soundin too good in da parade. and in new orleans some of da band members skip mardi gras day to go out and have fun

Scotlandville has an ok band, Mr Conner runs a respectable program however when scotlandville opens up on songs they get carried away and start slopping over notes, so I'd say McMain...
