Nobody is uploading because the bands are no longer anything to look at. It's sad how most programs have declined into a state of irrelevance. Granted there are 1 or 2 exceptions of certain schools improving but that is not saying much when you came nowhere to blah. I mean it's a step in the right direction but every Houston school has a looooong way to go to return to even community relevance let alone citywide or state relevance.
i agree with this....also some ppl jus don wanna upload some stuff for the fact tht ppl always negative things 2 say instead of tryin 2 help the p[rogram they damaging it..
