something positive.......name one thing that u liked about each band that your band faced in '08

since all the trash talking and criticism has been done, how bout we show each other some love......u of h-had some pretty nice tuba fanfarestnsu- were very balanced and didnt try to blow with us, they jus did themvalley-they made a decent jump from 07, they were better than what i expected them to bealcorn- i liked their attitudes, they were hyped up 4 the thrashing, they didnt back downjackson state- they blew the mess out of "this way" and some other song i dont know the name oftxsu- the presidential skit was fya and they fhorns were on point even though all they do is highlight...lolpv- the box...what can i say, they stay on pointuapb- they surprised me with that "two wrongs" it was clean as hellbama st.- i aint gon lie the black uni's was kinda tytegrambling-they "american boy" sounded pretty nice

hampton- nice book
AlSU- loud to deaf, and yea them uniforms was a beast
stillman- aggresive for their size
TnSU-song selection
GSU- crunk azz field exit
SU- dem dayum mellos, lawd
UAPB- discipline
MVSU- smallest tuba section biggest sound........foreal
AAMU- trombones were some men ova there, played marches pretty decent
Alcorn- first band in for years to beat us into the stadium

didnt see PV or TxSU

TSU - Still got low brass power while they're rebuilding their infrastructure
Morehouse - Extremely Clean
Grambling - B-Tones and Mellos holding it down; Saxes still the best coordinated
SU - Clarity is getting much, much better

tsu trumpets still good...yall will get lot better now cuz of that closed enrollment
su- i thought yall would be louder but yall were still blowin...im not hatin just first time i ever heard yall in person...great over all band
moorehouse-if yal battled more swac yall would b o so straight...yall show glimpses of bands back in the day... size dont matter to yall

Hamp-Good book
Asu-Freaky girl
TnSU-Bones always small and dangerous....keep it comin
Gsu-Crunk
SU-Mellos and song selection...Bones comin up, glad 2 see it....keep it up
UAPB-Feild Show was nice
MVSU-Tubas r serious, band is comin up
AAMU-Bones, nice 2 have some all around comp....keep it comin
Alcorn-beat us in the stadium, yall are very respectful 2 our rituals (happy feelings,, etc...) Thanks
Didnt see PV, but on clips yall b smashin, us and yall would be a war lol
didnt see TxSU.......YET`LOL

other than that, next years my last 1 baby!!! Make it a good 1....

they had they side jammin when we played them, of course they weren't swac caliber but i mean they shocked me

Let me also acknowledge Hampton, Uapb, And AAMU for Shooting those marches at us....Thanks lol

and Stillman was definatly not afraid of us lol

TSU- It is apparent that you guys are pushing towards a clean and clear sound..
Keep doing what you are doing..
Morehouse- Nice book,
Grambling- Entertaining
Southern- Big sound, good balance, Nice field shows, Great Overall band...
Pine Bluff- GREAT ORCHESTRAL SOUND.... (our band directors must be brothers or something, because we carry the same concept in music)

university of nevada-clean sounding band
alcorn-book has improved
jackson state-love their aggressive stand presence
a&m-nice trombones
uapb-very balanced sound
txsu-yall don't back done from no one
valley-nice tubas
prairie view-creative breakdowns
bama state-nice uniforms
southern-yall have the best arrangements in the swac by far!

well seein as how i don't play anymore ill just do the ones i saw in person this year

JSU - Powerful Clean sound, great energy, made me miss bein back in Jackson....
AlaSU - Loud....Big...Loud
Morehouse - Nice sound...packin power for size....nice bones and tubas
FV - like yall energy
Clark - Nice Btones...
TxSU - Yall energy is unmatched....yall will take on anybody
TnSU - Nice full sound
FAMU - Big Band with that Big Stereophonic Sound
