SU Traveling Expenses....

I was reading The Digest (SU newspaper) this morning and it stated because of the budget cuts in Louisiana that it will effect the traveling of The Jukebox this year...I hate Gov. Jindal, but seriously it says that the only games they will travel to is SWAC/MEAC challenge and the Bayou Classic...I hope this changes because the BOOMBOX Classic will never be the same.

That's alot of BULLSHIT because of the revenue the game brings to both schools and that's why they've decided to try and keep the game in Jackson!!

and yes it does bring alot of money to both universitys...thats the game every Jag look forward to, but things in the Louisiana economy is real eff"d up now because of our Governor and budget cuts to different programs..

...there are rumors of raising funds to make that game though!

I'm sure they will go to Jackson but Alcorn,PV, Bama State, and A&M won't see SU. Jindal and them goons aka Legislators are big f-ck ups. Who knows they might raise money to come to Shreveport also when they play PV, SU football team is going to need the band's support because PV's team is no slouch.
