The Tallahassee Police Department released new video of interviews conducted this past February. The videos show two students, Jamon Green and Jamaal Nicholas who were pledges for Kappa Kappa Psi fraternity back in 2010.
One student alleges a term called 'necking' or 'prepping' was used while pledges had to recite certain information. If the person recited something incorrect they would be subject to hits across the back of the neck or upper back.
"People do get necked when we're initiatives," Green said during the interview.
Jamon Green and Jamaal Nicholas were two of 14 initiated into the fraternity in 2010. The ceremony allegedly happened at the home of Diron Holloway, a faculty member at FAMU.
A student claims Holloway and fellow faculty member Anthony Simons both took part in the ritual. In the tape, Green and Nicholas deny those charges.
"I did observe actions like that taking place but never by Mr. Holloway or Mr. Simons," said Nicholas
The students admit both faculty members were present but say they did not touch any pledges.
"I can't really say that I remember them putting their hands on people. They were present."
