    I didn't get to here mg this season but last time I did they sound really good.

    there was also a school at jamboree that I saw vast improvement in that were sounding good too and I want to say it was pebblebrook.

    MLK & MGHS are some very good high schools in GA but as far as the best I would have to give it to Redan High. They have the total package....

    The sound quality of ATL high schools as a whole has diminished year after year. I was very disappointed at the shows presented at the ATL BOTB this year.

    But MLK and Miller Grove are both still pretty good. SWD, Mays and Stephenson are good also.

    I've always hated MLK's headbussaz....its so ugly...lol anyways id give miller grove the title they sound really good

    I'm not even from ATL, but from what I've heard on this website, none of these bands are better than Miller Grove. For years, the ATL and Dekalb County band believed that size was everything. Now MG is proving everybody wrong. In fact, it's almost like they are saying that the other bands in the ATL are "Big for nothing"

    ^^^ Thank you!!!.. SWD MLK and SHS are to plain for me (SWD still being one of my favs) if MLK still had the old school "Queens" they would appeal to me because that group made what MLK was.. Kings of halftime!!. Redan is good and the different group but overrated at times. especially at Nationals

    Really? Because the only overly huge ATL bands were Stephenson and SWD. All other Atlanta bands were average sizes and were still great.

    yea redan still has size and an ok sound....but not klose to the fullness u hear with MG
