I wonder if its always true. I heard that once a band has been in a movie or on television they end up going down. Kind of like Morris Brown and the movie Drumline.

there has only been one Band in a mainstream movie like that and it was MOB....i don't think you can really call it a curse...MOB had problems way before Drumline
Drumline has nothing to do with Morris Brown ending like it did. If anything, Drumline helped with the revenue that it brought in. Morris Brown had been having financial issues WAAAAAAAAAAY before Drumline came. Morris Brown's issue was money hungry Presidents...not a movie...
