The Evolution of Neck

I was just thinking bout how ever school plays neck and how it is starting ti get farther and farther away from the original song. I wonder who really was the first band to play this song and did they ever thus that they were going to set off a chain reaction like they did in the marching band world (the same could be said about a song such a hay). I thing the song is starting to get too abstract because they want it to be different from everyone else. I wonder, is neck ever gonna get old? Lol

    TxSU was known for it the longest (80s & 90s). Most of the other versions started coming later.

    TXsu has playing for a while, Gram has been playing it for a while. These are the two bands that have been playing it the longest with any breaks from playing it.
