    It's based on popularity somewhat, i wonder who did this? lmao. Someone from Howard had to do it. It was definitely done by some peeps on the east coast. Hell i didn't know SU marched in Presidents Obama Inaugural Parade. rotfl

    We got invited but the band was suspened in spr 09

    Well if that's the case the had to plan for bringing in two reps for Louisiana because we knew we were going the week before Bayou Classic.
