I'd like to thank all the users that come and visit the site regularly....

But its that time where we have a flux of new users that registers for the site and don't have the knowledge of how things are ran around these parts

1.. Me & Book are your moderators.....we've been given this position by the webmaster Gerard H. and we are the law....both of us are very leniant when it comes to posting bcuz we try not to enforce the rules as much....this ruins the fun of the forum......what we say is final and can not be negotiated....any threats (not including school smack) are dealt with harshly....we've maintained this site (along with the old Black College Bands site) for many years and its obvious we are doing a good job....

2.  Rules of the College Forum.....i put this up on the college forums bcuz this forums is the most active and the most troublesome......

        A)  High schoolers are not allowed to post anywhere on the college forum (even if its for help, please use the General Discussion forum)

        B)  CRABS are not allowed to post at all during the football season.

        C)  Personal attacks are not allowed at any given time.  This is grounds for automatic ban from the site.  But let's clarify what a personal attack is.  "You are a b*tch *ss sl*t"  yea, that is a personal attack......we do allowing cuss words but are not meant to be used as such

3.  Smack......its all in fun people....it should never be serious.....

with that being said.....this site is for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY!!!!!  Plz remember that
