Today I search the web and viewed high school marching bands that are loud, out of tune and has no clue of intonation. The mind-blowing thing is the band directors of these schools are encouraging them to play louder. What can we do as real musicians to help this situation? How can we motivate the band member of the future without discouraging them please respond “real musicians.”Be blessed.

They are too worried about blowin and "who's the loudest". Instead of learning the music the right way first, they wanna just pick up they horn and start blowin the ish out of it. Idk wuts goin on these days...
