What are some of the most lopsided hyped up battles you have ever witnessed?
.) 95/96 Kennedy vs John Mac - If the bands wouldn't have played a note you probably would've thought Kennedy was going to kill that little band. However, after running through Kennedy's entire song book about three times, John Mac was still coming with powerful and clean new songs. I guess the K took them for granted. I didn't even go to the "K" and I was embarrassed. LOL!
.) 98/99 St. Aug vs Kennedy - This was definitely the worst butt kickings St. Aug has ever received. In short, St. Aug didn't stand a chance, not even on the field. However, I'll give Mr. Fields (St. Aug's band director) some credit, he built a monster after that that lasted until Katrina.
.) 2010/2011 Walker vs St. Aug (Alla Parade) - Just watch the clip! LOL!!! I'm still a little bitter about this one, simply because I believe The Aug would have handle their business had they been in concert formation. Nevertheless, Walker had it on their mind, and St. Aug didn't.
.) 94/95 St. Aug vs Kennedy - The funny thing about this battle is I've heard quite a few people say after the game that we (St. Aug) sounded much better than Kennedy, but after hearing that sheer power coming from across that field, I was left unconvinced. To make matters worst, it started raining, and Mr. Hamp (RIP) made us leave, but the K was still CRANKING!!! Embarrassing, that is all I'm going to say. Embarrassing!
