There has been a lot of discussion about 2019 editions of some HBCU dance teams lacking "something." I made a compilation video of different example of good showmanship. Let me know what you think. I would love to have some dialogue about this.

Perfect examples of squads who perform and don't just dance. Especially the Dancing Dolls and Golden Delight, who are total opposites but both give you theatrics in their own unique ways. Dancing is an art form but sadly some teams don't really get into the creativity of it all. To me it's the little things like the Dolls cute little hand movements in their choreo and the Delight hair flips that make their performances everything, even when it's lackluster.
SN: if you really wanted to give the definition of showmanship, you know you should have pulled out a BGMM Honda show. LMAO. Hands down...
Listen....any BGMM Honda show is the DEFINITION of showmanship lol. ANY! You got that right lol

one of my all time favorites. It's like she told a story through her movements, energy, and count selection. I love this. This whole game Danni snapped imo.
Gabby have so many moments. The first count to this is perfect and the way she throws it matches the dreamy romance of the song. Just perfect.
Come on Gabby. The perfect counts to match the energy and keep things flowing flawlessley.
Come on Chelsea. This is a favorite Stingette performance of mine. Good showmanship is when you a throwing counts that everyone is connecting with.
Look at how beautiful this is! Even Bridgett is taking notes.
This is beautiful. She snapped this whole game!
This is what good showmanship looks like!!!
