Thanks LilChris! UK, this is exactly what I've been sayin'! You asked for the real deal, and there it is, comin' from someone else! You didn't need someone else to say it, everyone needs to pay more attention to what we've been saying. The problem is like you said, we have ONE of the best lines in Dallas, and like I said,"some people don't need to know how good they are, cause they don't think they need to get better". Until I say we are the best, then everyone on the "D" needs to keep working to get better. You were out Friday, but trust me, I saw the true heart of The "D" during class. Ask the Line what I'm talkin' bout. All of the pushups, laps, and me screamin', are wasting my time. We are a Private, Catholic School, so I can't do what needs to be done without losing my job! Cause when the curtain goes up, and me and Oreo are not out there with yall, this is where we lose out! You need to step up and become stronger leader, and not a follower. You and Jerbal, got the potential to be a force on this line. Spike(snare) and Slow Action(bass) already are. You've got to be a leader AT ALL TIMES! During morning practice, during school, and after school. I teach the Line, do substitute work, Lunch duty everyday, handle all of the administrative work for the "D", and go to the feeders to recruit! But my first commitment is to The "D"! Don't let me and Oreo do all of the screamin'. You will be surprised how they will respond when YOU go off on someone! Take charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get on them when they are trippin' during school, not workin hard enough, talkin, not learnin their parts. Even if they are upper classmen, you know I got ur back!
ON DA REAL HMMMMMMMMMMMM............... LOL honestly......... to much playing, and not just in practice, but in school and in classes. And u wonder how i kno....... come on now i was a kid once before to, and it shows in practice, LEAD NOT FOLLOW LEAD NOT FOLLOW LEAD NOT FOLLOW..........................DO U NEED TO SEE IT AGAIN.............................LEAD NOT FOLLOW. If u look at Josh, them Basses are on point, and the rest of the drumline can be to if everybody holds they position as a drummer who has the love for wat they doin, G ROB is right, wen the curtains are up, dats on yall, AND THANKS LIL CHRIS FOR UR HONESTY, sum times we need to hear it from sum one else, I'm not perfect, G ROB ain't perfect, ain't no one one this site PERFECT, but u do see alot of pride..........PRIDE, thats wat yall need and i heard its free........... get rid of the attitudes and do wat ur blessed to do, cuz beleive me if i cud i would come back and play but i rather see yall do yall thang homie!!!!!!!!!
Alrite G ROB i GOTCHA mY ATTITUDE IS GOING TO CHANGE TOWARDS THIS Line and OreO HAS persuaded me to stay on the t-drum because they Need me so Im going to be there for them! My attitude towards this line is going to change. I've been laid back because 3/4 of the line has been on the line longer than i have but now that i have your permission to step my game up that's what i'm going to do to improve the"D"

you will function the same if someone was to drop dead...
so eliminate your problems early...
not saying just go kicking people out but letting everyone know that they can and will be removed if it comes to it...
the section is only as strong as it's weakest player, that being said if the weakest cant do it then it doesn't need to be done...
dedication and constant meaningful practice...
and try to keep things as fresh as possible to avoid being stagnant...
All of the above comments are right on point. But, now comes self accountabilty! Yes you have put in the work and earned the right to step up on ANYONE! And, like I said, you don't have to worry about nobody. Me and Oreo got your back!

if you got a bunch of niggas that play around and are satisfied with their current abilities, you will not go anywhere as a section.
