I remember when dudes used to get on here and be like NSU would run the SWAC and NSU would smash SU & JSU, but seems like ever since the Honda all of that talk has died down. So where is all of you NSU band wagoners now, how's the band world been treating you ????

Truth be told Mr. Paul I. Adams arrived there, and alot of cats that went there from like 2001-2006 were alums from my high skool in Detroit Cass Tech. Alot of Bad Azz musicians have come from Cass. anyways Nsu came to town and gave all of them full scholarships and alot of the CT band members went to norfolk(I was pissed i was tryin to get them cats to go to jsu or su). My point is that there were CT alums in dang near every section at Norfolk ESPECIALLY the trumpet section. That's why that section was so good through those years it was dominated by CT alums...... now they are all gone and you can tell with the sound of the band.
Dont get me wrong I know Norfolk had other students from other areas that could play, but those CT alums d*amn sho help....A WHOLE LOT!!!!
they wouldve wrecked the swac, but this past year with the band they had they didnt seem very good to me...they werent norfolk partly to the ratio of freshman
LMAO, You must've never been to a Norfolk game because all they do is play sectional solo's the whole game, and their drilss are boring I might add

NSU drills are NOT boring, They sound always entertained during the drill while the Designs were like icing on cake.
and no they do not always play solos at they games...
this is from 2008 season. very small NSU to me
