The Storm would have to find a way to further incorporate that seemingly complex corpstyle approach with the high energy high stepping showstyle approach. But going COMPLETELY corpstyle might not be very popular with a lot of folks.

if it happened tsu would become a power house...but that wont happen hopefully i still got love for the storm
The P inside the V at the end of the show was nice.
I would love to see an HBCU go totally corps style. I'm not sure if Valley was TOTALLY corps style but what they had goin on in the 70s and 80s was very good.
wat Pv does now is not all that entertaining. So if they sounded the same I would definately still pay to watch them. Pv's selling point is their sound so. Corps might not be so bad.
I think PV was one of the few bands to include some corps-style concepts into their shows and it is at times very effective. A few other schools like Norfolk and North Carolina Central are very entertaining with their show-corps concepts. The fun thing about music is that it doesnt have boundaries.
I have been working to develop a style I jokingly call "Neo-Corps". It uses elements of PV and NSU with the showmanship and precision of SU and FAMU. I noticed that when I combined both forms into one, it works with all crowds: white, black and mixed.

Probably one of the REALEST things ever to be said on this website... I wish more people would realize this and open up their minds to new things... But i digress.
That show was tight! I actually think it would be effective and definitely something new and unexpected for an HBCU to go corps... especially a SWAC school. It might take some getting used to for some folks but I like the concept.

It was definitely a nice drill. It would be interesting to see how the Storm could pull a drill like that off with the numbers they usually have.
