BLOCK BAND continues to have a great year building and supporting our family of customers. But we are not just building externally but also internally.
We invest in the passion of our staff, which shows in the quality of our products. BLOCK BAND strives to add value to the lives of our arrangers as well as band programs across the nation!
We host weekly training sessions for our arrangers. We talk about arranging for various instruments and how to use them in marching band and concert band settings. Arrangers within BLOCK BAND are constantly learning new techniques to improve upon their craft. Once a month we bring in special guests to give tips and insight into the arranging profession. Our Arrangers are consistently getting better and all music that is turned in is edited with feedback given to sharpen their skills.
