  • L.a jst have good numbers dats about it
  • this thread is reoccurring ...
  • Pre-Katrina - LA

Post-Katrina - Idk....I mean we still got a couple powerhouses left ...but I don't know if I would put anybody other than St. Aug or O.P. Walker against an out of state band (soundwise at least..for sound and field i have to go with St. Aug).

  • GA has the best bands right now (SWD, MG, SHS, MLK, Redan, etc.). The N.O. only has one band that can compete on the field and in the stands (St. Aug). IDK if the rest of them are ready to go at it with Dekalb County. Now if we were talking Pre-Katrina, that would be a different story. However, in a couple of years I am confident that LA will rise up again.
  • georgia....
  • Dekalb County in the ATL have some of the best high school bands.
  • I'll cosign with that. St. Aug is the only N.O. band that can go at it with Dekalb, hell, they already done it before. In the little time i spent in GA, the only band of theirs that i experienced in person was Tucker and I know we got a few bands down here that can take them. I do know about SWD, Redan, and Stephenson, so i'll give GA the title as well. LA, especially the N.O. will rise again.
