What steps does Morris Brown and CAU need to take to become relevent in the band world again?

Because Morris brown was like the best band in early 2000. But now since they have accredidation make what  steps should they take to become great again? Is it even possible? is the same band director still at morris brown?

    Mr. Eddie Ellis, BD of MoB back from 1996 to early 2000s i believe, is the BD as SCSU. Clark is a "consistent" program, and I use that term lightly,. Both schools just need to do some serious recruiting. However, with them both being private institutions, tuition being high AMF, and scholarships being scarce, they aren't gonna be able to get to the size they were back at the turn of the millennium

    They are still.....they just got their band program back....a few colleges within the Univ still have accreditation, but the overall look of the Univ is *thumbs down*....
