Yeah that was interesting. I would not call that a real battle though. UH was just having fun. ICE did not get crunk until it was time for everybody to lined up. Lol at people dropping they quints though! UH....The fun corpstyle band! That four way was going down after the parade though.
Man after going to houston I realize that battling other dallas schools is pointless lol. We were ready to battle and hyped up at our MLK parade, then the other bands blew that first note and we were like......What is the purpose lol.

Did anyone else witness the azz wooping the UH drumline got after THEY stepped up to Willowridge at the parade???
Man it aint even all that crucial lol. We were just mad because mad because Willowridge is the only high school percussion section in Texas(that I know of) skill wise that can really go toe to toe, head for head with us.

No TxSU, to my knowledge, has never done the MLK Parade.... to me that sucks becuz we are the only Black college in the City of Houston.... Smh. I just knew we would have done it at least one of my years marching.
Atleast yall got a black college smh... But iono we just gonna have to see what yall houston cats got next time. Maybe we'll actually get to go the houston battle of the drummers. I won't believe it until I see it though. Heck I didnt believe we were goin to the mlk botb until the buses arrived lol.
