0 WKYS DMV (DC MD VA ) Botbs Clips Posted by That Guy From DC on December 16, 2008 at 11:34pm Im kind of mad that they call it DMV yet it was only 5 bands and not one from VA, but it was a GREAT competition (thanx to the DC schools). I only did clips of 3 of the best bands there...3rd place----Largo High School Blue & White Marching Machine (soon to be baby SU).. they up and comming, feeling the new style due to a new BD from DSU (from the former BSU/HU style they had)Largo Field show https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoLpcy79ftY...feature=channel2nd place----Eastern Senior High School Blue & White Marching Machine (the original machine) This is the ONLY entertaining NSU/HIU Hybrid band i seen... Fanfare was great, had alot of power and engery and music selection was great. Im not sure if it was a NSU Fanfare (other than the War intro) but it was a great fanfare for the drill tune "Scream". WKYS ended up giving 500 bucks away to the winner...
