Your Prayers are needed ( Updated Info)

ANNOUNCEMENT!This announcement comes as a prayer request for Mr. Ronald B. Thornton, Sr., Director of Bands at Willowridge Senior High School, and former Assistant Director at Texas Southern University in Houston, who is in the hospital in ICU after being found at his home last night on the floor unconscious. He is currently on life support system with no vital signs. Doctors have done all that they can do. Information will be forwarded as it is received. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayersUPDATE:Professor Ronald Thorton, Sr. has passed away as of this message info........We are indeed sadden by this occurance..........

I've just been informed that Prof. Thorton passed..........It's a sad day in the SWAC and for the TxSo, Willowridge, and Forest Brook family..........pray for his family. His son, Ronald Jr. is the band director at Jesse. H. Jones High School here in Houston
