My First Band Director was a man named James Griffin, 1996-97 He Put me on Eb Tuba, because I couldn't blow play trumpet I was the smallest of 4 tuba players so I had the smallest horn. The Eb Bass was my first love .. I was also introduced to Baritone that year. but It wasn't "For Me"
1997 through 1999 Vurnell Ford basically showed me the ropes as far as How to Read, how to use correct embrasure, and the general Knowledge of music.
By 1999 I was in High School. and there it was all about the MUSIC Lawrence Rawlins and his "Golden Rules" LOL
