    @TruChoppah...thank you for clarifying the difference between a regular game and a CLASSIC! Elijah....give me a call so I can break down some things that you have yet to realize about our current SWAC bands!

    @Elijah Bridges...A classic is when two teams go head to head anually with sponsorship and events surrounding that game. For example..Turkey Day Classic(The oldest), Bayou Classic, Magic City Classic, Florida Classic...ect. That goes to show you that you must be a youngin or just dont know anything. The BoomBox is just a nickname not a real classic. Hell...Bama State and Alcorn can get together and call the game The ASU classic if thats the case. But to ya little point you tried to make ASU didnt join the swac until the 80's and someone correct me if Im wrong about the year, but I believe 1999 was AAMU's first swac year ...That dosent matter tho....point is..We dont care about the boombox! Now vanish!

    @Anthony be serious are we really going to go there Mr. Hunt look at 99 to now and u tell me the difference not only in sound but heart. I do agree I love the arrangements that A&M play but some songs don't sound full to me and maybe that could be from the lack of numbers but who knows. You are a S/D urself and I have yet to hear one of those since 2005 and there is no reason why I should not the talent is there and maybe the heart but sometimes it just does not show.

    If you crabbed in 99 you know EXACTLY what I am talking about. Can we say 400 degrees!!!!!! Anyway I thought this was the aftermath of a rivalry game. Stop using words like condescending. I am about to break out the violins for you heartfelt posts. Not to down ur school and not mines. All I am saying is I have been watching and enjoying and participating in the MCC for along time and it is not what it used to be. Point blank period......

    @evalveking02...ok sir. what era did you come from lol I crabbed in '99 and graduated in 2002 when you were a crab at ASU (according to your profile). but for the record i only mentioned marching with him to show that we have a common link, I have little interest in changing his mind or yours for that matter. So lets make this the last time you refer to me with a condescending tone. And also for the record when he was saying "young N*****" he wasn't referring to me as i am older and was there before he was, the years that made people say "got d***" as you would put it...

    Both bands did a great job this past weekend! Quality musicianship and showmanship is what we strive for! If you feel as though you enjoy the Boombox game more than the Magic City CLASSIC then by all means please attend that game for now on! Im curious Elijah....could you explain how both bands use to be in the past thats different from this generation?
