It depends on what goal(s) you have set. If you are looking strictly Cranking and Marching, it's doesn't take much thought to find a Marching Band program, just close your eyes and pick a school. If you you're destined to progress musically, there are reputable HBCU Schools of Music/Department of Music which have Well Rounded and established music degress and ensembles (BCU, FAMU, JSU, TnSU). JSU is going through a transition, so I'm not sure if that's good or bad, so you might want to inquire through a resourceful individual who's more familiar with the direction their program is going.
This sounds pretty good. U have a pretty good tone, could work on breath support but we all improve as the days go by. Put what u just did with some scales (aim for all 12 major....and some minor) and good sight reading and u could put together a good audition. And if u can play actual French Horn people will be throwing money at u. lol. Hell, audition at JSU. lol
