"Bag of Money", "Rock Steady", and "Never Too Much"- my three favorites! I'm glad to hear the mello's and trumpets comin back.......that's the sound that I remember from AAMU! Keep it up! Great balance this year......

I so agree. I have nothing againts "mega bands" or "small bands" however if your band is sounding and performing good. You are alright with me. AAMU "MMW" has just been the exception of holding their own NO matter the size.
Its not easy being in a college band... when you have practice at 5am then class at 8 then practice from 4 to 10.... its not cut out for everyone. Some people cant juggle band and school.
I have nothing against "mega bands" every band wants to see huge numbers.... but I do like to see "weak"individuals weeded out. 5 am practices the first week or two of the school year (not pre drill) dropped some of AAMU numbers. I would rather see a dedicated 150 than 300 with 150 of them only being there for the money. If your heart isnt in it then QUIT.

Yes they have. But It don't take many to do plenty. I'm bout sick of these mega-bands. I was so glad to see JSU go back to their normal size; they look so much cleaner and execute well on the field.. I would love to see SU do the same.
NEVER cared about size... sound hasnt gone anywhere.
