  • Southerns Holy Grail was arranged to show the POWER of this band. Tuba arrangement is unique from ALL the others so theirs sound better. The drum roll close to the end is a idle threat and warning. It clearly means," Get ready to hear, witness, and be DESTROYED by the sheer POWER of Southerns band to the other competitor band." It was arranged for a power band like Southern. NO band can match Southern and the thing is ALL the other Band Directors know this as well. Often Imitated BUT NEVER DUPLICATED!!
  • No comparison between the two. SU is in a different class, they are more balance and cleaner.

  • How can you set there and say you herd mistakes. Unless you have played SU or any school's arrangement you have no knowledge of what is there and what isn't. You people try to critique these young musicians and you are nothing but haters

  • Smh... Greg will always come out of hiding when it's an ASU/SU discussion lol
  • not sure y this is even a discussion this wasnt close n even their alums was hoping they wouldnt play this cause they knew.

  • As Usual.. No one is Original.. Bama got this watered down version of Jackson Holy Grail... Haters Gone hate.. And Southern gone be Southern... And continue to blow yall ass out..
  • su was more full better arrangement  ,asu didnt do nothing

  • @ Sadtuba, Those cutoffs of SU's among other things brings a feeling of nostalgia for high school as well!
  • This battle clearly goes to SU and that's just being HONEST!! If you were there you know what I'm talking about...

  • I was at this game standing on the field and all the ASU fans were clearly being exactly that ASU fans.
