    Two people blow into a clear tube and usually a smashed rotten egg is inside and whoever can keep blowing the longest wins.

    In this case im guessing the BD filled the little guys lungs up so bad and he just passed out from the pressure.

    Its a good game to play with your band mates to see who can last longer
