  • Both Band had unecessary stuff going on in this set
GSUs annoucer and SU's 3 ring circus on the ABC cut

props the SU's bones on "Weak"

now that I really look at it GSU played pretty strong to say that they didn't have as many members as SU
    and
Although SU is pretty strong still at this point, It sounds as though they were running out of gas a little bit towards the end of this set. The intensity level is not where it was in the first set.
  • I'm a alum from su tenor drum 95 to 98 sec led 97 & 98 we will always will sound good but for the first time since 93 grambling sound like a band thumbs up to them i remember when they use to bring pianos and guitars to the battle.
  • i must agree that they sound better than usual but as usual they will put yo _ss to sleep.
  • Su Waz smashin on dat Weak For real
  • Gud choice yall 1st song not 2nd one ..
  • First how u play wait in da water in New Orleans especially after katrina how retarted and even more so nothing gsu played matched us and for the record if we would have played call him up back well yall know the rest S U all da way hommie!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • GSU sound like two different bands playing at the same time on call 'em up
  • SU HAS PLENTY TONS OF CONTROL AND BALANCE..THE ONLY THING U CAN SAY IS THAT AT TIMES THE TRUMPETS HANGOVER AND THAT'S NOT TO OFTEN.....BUT SU'S CONTROL AND BALANCE CAN'T BE MATCHED GSU OR JSU CAN GO UP AND THAT'S IT...I MEAN EVEN IF THEY TRY 2 BRING IT DOWN SOME IT'S GONE SOUND BAD THEY JUST CAN'T BATTLE SU BUT MAYBE JSU AND SU BUT GRAM,NO CHANCE IN HELL
  • Oh and SU Bones and Horns was saving the band during "Weak".....which ironically the trumpets were on that one. They were strong up until that point. After that curtains...
  • Half of the folk on here talking about the trumpet soloist probobly suck on there horn....if they even play one. Would you have had the "gumption" or the balls to go up there and solo? And if you did, would you even be worth hearing..I dought it.
