    well since we stating facts, why wasnt it said that whn both bands played down bottom. karr wasnt heard. walker drowned them out. n yes i was sitting right next to kaer band. im not sayn yall are sad, you guys have improved. keep up the good wrk

    Well to bring some more FACTS in..Walker could have played if they wanted to. In the fourth quarter both bands were going song for song DURING THE GAME. BACK TO BACK songs, regardless of who was on offense or defense. Both bands were also playing AT THE SAME TIME during the first quarter with the "Down Bottom" battle. To be honest both bands had the crowd rocking all night. We played "Call Tyrone" Walker responded with "Let's Stay Together." Walker played "Party" (crowd started getting in it), we responded with "Rolling In The Deep" (crowd was feeling it). WHERE ARE THE CLIPS!!!??? smh. This game was too intense to not have been posted by now.

    Cotdayum Karr!!! lol. Since the St. Aug game, I been sayin y'all would be a force once y'all straighten everything out, and it sounds like y'all have accomplished that. Great job. Looks like N.O. finally has another "Big Dawg" on the scene.

    oh yea n to mention it was kinda strange that the ppl on kraa side was more excited n amazed whn walker playd then whn their band played. they was damcing n singing to walker n as well as other oder band members n alumnis sayn walker has got to have the best band in the citi. but lets just wait till they post some vids of both bands playn back to back like in the first quarter

    i was at the game i would say karr was impressive n has come up frm last year. yes karr put up a fight n lets not say they smashed walker becuz of them playn 4 songs in a row, cuz walker did the same. n let it b known that whn karr played those 4 songz was whn walker offense had the ball, so why would walker play,we all kno that most bands dnt play songz whn their team is on offense.

    Now Ima leave all the "who smashed who talk" to the kids. All I know was this was the best game of the season. Hats off to Mr. Rawlins, his staff, and Walker. This game has turned into the JSU vs SU game of Algiers. Let me be the THIRD one to kill this propaganda before it even starts...We only gained ONE fhorn player (from the football team) and two BEGINNER tubas. You can clearly see at St. Aug we already had four tubas. It has been rough with the grades and we actually LOST: 2 trombones, 3 baritones (yes, we've had 8 in the band room before), 2 tenor drummers, a bass drummer, and another pair of cymbals cracked at the game dropping the number down to four now. So yeah..we weren't where we were supposed to be. Good game still though. lol
