this man is so talented. In my high school band room we have so many SU arrangements from him. tunes like secret rendezvous,it's real, feels good, i'm your baby tonight, jam tonight, murphy's law, that girl wants to dance with me, and just got paid. he is one hell of a legend.
@GREY i thought knighten and roy johnson were crab brothers, I could definately be wrong though. but I am sure knighten, l. jackson, e. baskins, r. johnson, terral jackson and johhny lane all marched together at 1 point in time in the 70s
man i learned soooo much marching under this cat,,,he was the real deal,,,,correct me if i'm wrong but i think that him and knighten were crab brothers
It must be squares around him when he did this, only true musicians could appreciate what he was doing, to have that much control with both hands is just crazy !!!! If i was there i would have told everyone t shut the F up and listen to greatness !!!!
