  Grambling was definitely the more musical band.  Alcorn was loud but when they turn towards Grambling the sound faded in the middle of the song.  Alcorn played with no dynamics at all, just FFF.  Grambling is definitely moving in the right direction cleaning up the halftime shows and sound.  I especially love when GSU steps outside the box and try new song selections that no other bands are playing.  No complaints here and this is coming from an Alumni.   Because your loud doesn't mean your always right.

  @nastybtone BASICALLY wat i was saying. Its the first game gsu played a nice book asu did too a decent battle for the first game. And how loud do a balled an stevie wonder song suppose to be, both did ok i saw worse from both before

  gsu maybe yall need to get whole notes and scream an blast. Good job to both bands. Nice job on the new songs from both too.

  Just when you think Grambling is making improvement in the right direction didn't they come out playing like this. Don't sound bad at all but let me know you are a college band and not a very good sounding high school band.

  That wasn't short, they did at least 5 songs which is the standard 5th quarter.
