  packman i can respect your opinion i disagree with the bones statement this year but i respect it it..two top bands going at it cant get no better..great job m4 and boom

  I like both bands in this battle! Be truthful, UAPB has brought out the VOLUME this year!!! They had to get tired of everybody calling them boring last year!!! That Heartbreak Hotel could've been arranged better. (Tnsu has a better version to me) still good though!!! Song selection goes to JSU to me! Listening to PB from across the field, The Trumpets and T-bones are REALLY non-existent. ( Always have been to me) Btones and Tubas really carry this band! It depends on what you like!!! UAPB, to be a real CONTENDER, they must get some TRUMPETS, yu guys have been lacking in that area for a long time, other than that and the bones, you guys have a great sound, possibly the best in the SWAC!!!! I love the variety in songs from both bands, from the 70's, 80's, 90's and present!!! Watch out for both of these bands!!!!!!!

  PB Sounds good, however, for some reason, their trombones cut all of their notes very very short, leaving the band hanging and creating a choppy sound, and empty spot at times, and their trumpts do not exist, the have nice B-tones and Tubas, very nice, that is what is saving their band, with help from the mellos who are only picking up where the bones are leaving the band hanging so hard. Their b tones do sound good playing the melody, but would be so much better if their bones stepped up 2 the plate, and t-pets, cuz having a marching band without t-pets is like a symphonic band without clarinets, pointless...carry on

  I think that UAPB got this one as far as being clean and ect, and I feel like JSU was holding back.
